Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
These terms apply to your use of BigGameProps.com, a free-to-play game run by the operator of BigGameProps.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Free to play, no real money
- BigGameProps.com uses a virtual score unit called fantasy dollars. They have no real-money value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred or cashed out, and are not a form of payment.
- No prizes of monetary value are offered. Leaderboard places, ranks and badges are for fun only.
- BigGameProps.com is not a gambling service and does not accept wagers of money or anything of value.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old. This is a conservative rule we apply even though no real money is involved.
- Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must not use a username or avatar that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates another person or organization.
3. How the game works
- Contests run in a window (a clock-time period, or a quarter or half). Props are dealt by the system. Players cannot create or edit props.
- Bets are accepted only while a prop is open and the contest is live. The exception is a prop on a whole quarter, which can be bet on while the quarter contest is open, before the quarter starts. Once a prop locks, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Props settle when the qualifying event appears in the data feed, which may be after the window ends. A prop whose event never happens is voided and the stake is refunded.
- Contests with too few players, or with no games in their window, are cancelled and nobody loses anything.
- Standings rank by profit against total starting bankroll plus rebuys. To appear in final standings you must meet the contest's minimum number of bets.
4. Data, settlement and corrections
- Game data comes from third-party feeds and can be late, incomplete or wrong. See NFL, ESPN and data notices.
- We may void, correct or re-settle a prop, adjust a bankroll, or cancel a contest if there is a data error, technical fault, abuse, or an unfair situation. Our decision on settlement is final.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play, scrape, or overload the service;
- use multiple accounts, collude with others, or manipulate contests or leaderboards;
- attempt to access other accounts, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with the service;
- use the service for real-money betting, to promote gambling services, or to sell accounts or fantasy dollars;
- harass other players or put unlawful or abusive content in names or contest titles.
We may warn, suspend or remove accounts, void bets, or remove players from contests for breaking these rules.
6. Contests you host
If you host a contest you choose its rules within the limits the service allows. You cannot change rules after it goes live, and we may cancel or void any contest. Invite links and codes are your responsibility to share.
7. Ownership and trademarks
The service's software and design belong to its operator. NFL, team and ESPN names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and games. BigGameProps.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. See NFL, ESPN and data notices.
8. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of fantasy dollars, rank or progress.
- Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, or if we shut the service down.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date is at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
Governing law and where disputes are handled will be set out here before public launch.
Draft for review: these terms were drafted for a free, play-money game and should be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch, especially for sweepstakes and gambling rules, and the data provider's license terms.
Questions: contact details will be listed here before public launch.
